In compliance with provisions related to the protection of personal details, we wish to inform you that the personal details and data that you have supplied (name and surname, company name, registered office, address, VAT number, etc.), or otherwise acquired by us within our business activities, are processed by ICET INDUSTRIE SPA, according to the provisions set forth in the Legislative Decree n. 196 of 2003 and the privacy warranties by which our company activities are inspired.

For the collection, processing and storage of personal details we specify the following:

Customer Data is collected over the telephone, by fax or though our web site and stored in our offices. It is partly recorded on paper and partly elaborated using automated and computerised means, for the following unequivocal and lawful aims:

• Practical objectives of performance of normative duties, stated by laws, decrees, regulations and/or other deeds, and by the Community provisions as well (e.g. legal treatment and personnel salaries, recruitment, selection and training of the personnel, performance of fiscal or accounting duties)
• Practical objectives of relation management with customers, suppliers, banks, etc. (e.g. checking of the state of relations with customers and members of staff, to meet the needs of technical information and service).
  

Access to the site allows locating the user IP address.
Conferment of the requested personal details, required for objective n. 1 (duties stated by the Italian and Community law) is compulsory, and refusal to supply them will imply the impossibility of entering into relation with ICET INDUSTRIE SPA. Conferment of the personal details necessary for objective n. 2 (execution of normal operation management) is not compulsory, but refusal to supply them may imply the impossibility of executing one or several agreed performances, or the impossibility of stipulating new contract relations.
Within the activities of an administrative-accounting and fiscal nature, sometimes it is necessary to communicate some of the processed data (e.g. banks, professional accountant, external consultants and public authorities). A registered list of such subjects is available at our offices. The field of diffusion in on a national level.
ICET INDUSTRIE SPA undertakes not to communicate and not to disclose any commercial information and not to sell, share or transfer their databases.
Obviously, ICET INDUSTRIE SPA answers for the injunctions and ordinances of the Judicial Authority, cooperates in legal proceedings and performs the provisions given by Authorities and supervision and controlling bodies.
To enforce your rights you can apply to any of our offices, as stated in the web site, in any form (e-mail, fax and letter).

In relation to processing of personal details (see art. 7 of Legislative Decree N. 196 of 2003), you have the following rights :

• to be informed, at any time, of your personal details in our possession and how they are used
• to allow for the update, addition, modification or cancellation of such data
• to ask for a suspension or oppose their processing, by sending a request in such sense, in any form (fax, e-mail, letter) to the addresses stated in section contacts
  When executing such rights you may give, in writing, a proxy or power of attorney to physical persons or to associations
  
  Every professional that belongs to the network acts as the data processing holder for the customers that he is responsible for. Therefore requests must be sent to ICET INDUSTRIE SPA at one of their offices and will be sorted according to competence.
  In order to describe what has been done for the protection of the integrity and the privacy of your data, ICET INDUSTRIE SPA has prepared a programmatic document about safety, which is kept in their offices in Barberino Val d'Elsa.
